Shipping
All shipping prices are shown during checkout. Shipments are sent with Correos Spain and Seur, or FedEx for USA customers. All orders are shipped with tracking, and the cost will depend on the weight of the order. International packages currently average around 2 weeks (business days only) to arrive.
Processing Times
- In‑stock pieces ship within 5–8 business days after purchase.
- Handmade‑to‑order pieces ship after 15–20 business days of production, starting the day after the order is placed.

Shipping Variability
Shipping times and costs vary by destination. All shipping fees are calculated at checkout, and you will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order ships.
Marca Elise is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages once they are in transit. All risks are assumed by the courier.
Duties & Taxes
Depending on your location, your order may be subject to additional import duties or taxes upon delivery. These fees are charged by your country’s customs office and are not collected by Marca Elise.
For customers in the United States, recent tariff increases mean that duties on apparel can range from 15–30% of the order value, depending on the product type and material. We recommend checking your local customs guidelines if you want an exact estimate before ordering.
Marca Elise is not responsible for any additional charges incurred upon delivery.
VAT for European Union Customers
For customers located within the European Union, VAT is automatically included in the product price once your shipping country is selected at checkout. This adjustment is required by EU tax regulations and ensures that the final price you see already includes all applicable VAT.
Orders shipped outside the EU do not include VAT, and local taxes or duties may be charged upon delivery, depending on your country’s customs policies.
International Orders
Marca Elise ships internationally from Barcelona, Spain. Import duties and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations, and these fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
Exchanges
Exchanges can be requested up to 6 days after receiving your order. Exchanges are accepted if the item is damaged, and proof of damage must be provided. Exchanges may also be accepted due to sizing and preference issues. Item(s) must be unworn and in original condition. Exchanges are accepted at the discretion of Marca Elise.
Returns

Cancellations
Order cancellations must be done within 24 hours of purchase, and can take up to 5-7 business days to show up in your bank statements. Marca Elise does not accept cancellations after 24 hours.
